Hi!

I’ve been in film marketing for 12 years, working on every stage of film development, from the beginnings of production and the dramas of being on set through to the world of sales, film festivals, distribution, exhibition and VOD.

I specialise in creating digital marketing campaigns, creating and nurturing an audience via engaging social media profiles, crowdfunding campaigns, newsletters and live event postings. I create digital assets, lead outreach campaigns, liaise with press, bloggers and influencers and manage paid advertising (online and in traditional print media) for individual films, entire film festivals and other film platforms and institutions.

I have worked with celebrated British directors such as Ken Loach, Carol Morley and Terence Davies, on international campaigns for award winning films like the game-changing Blackfish and the BAFTA winning The Act of Killing, for established film festivals like Cambridge, Raindance and Sheffield DocFest and for cinema giants Curzon and the BFI. I spent two years managing marketing and press worldwide for Loving Vincent, the world’s first fully painted feature film, which was nominated for an Oscar, BAFTA and Golden Globe.

My work often entails engaging diverse audiences for specific film projects. I was the BFI Fan New Releases scheme London freelancer, developing young audiences for films such as Sound of Metal, Limbo and Ali and Ava. I managed marketing for the first ever Muslim International Film Festival, as well as producing the industry programme.  I also work regularly with MetFilm, managing marketing for all their theatrical releases with highlights including A Bunch of Amateurs and Wilding, as well as handling partnership releases with Amazon MGM studios titles including Catherine Called Birdy, FOE and The Idea of You.

Whether you are just looking for a consultancy session or a complete marketing strategy for your film project, I can help.
